In today's class, we are going to discuss channels of marketing. We have discussed the concept of need one and demand.

Now the question is how we can reach to our customers for publicity.  I can give ads on newspaper or billboards ads or through pamphlets. Sir I am going to use digital marketing for publicity through social media email marketing, affiliate marketing and much more.

Indirect Channel Company can deliver their product directly to the customers.  This will make us understand customers need properly and build relationships with new customers by which we can have full control of our product but this is an expensive process for a company.

In indirect channel company, deliver their product to distributors and through distributors to retailers and then through retailers to customers. It is like a chain and it is not an expensive process as compared to direct channels.

In this channel distributors work for you to deliver your product and they are taking a cut from our profit margin. However, how can we choose the right distribution channel for our product you have to analyze this with the help of four Ps of marketing which we will discuss in next class?

Okay now suppose a customer is facing an issue with our phone and want to repair. It how will you solve a problem sir we can make a service center for it and through which we can repair it good this is called service channel to make it understand properly. Let us take a salon example in salon we provide services to customers. In this case, we do not have a product and we do not need any distributors for it this is also a service channel in which we provide service to our customers.  Okay sir but how we can make a perfect service center-like salon. In addition, how we can decide the price of our product this is a part of seven piece of marketing, which we will discuss, in the next class.
